ADDITIONAL FEES

  • $150.00 per student, per year for Enrollment/Re-enrollment Fee
  • $50.00 per year, per family for the Building/Maintenance Fee.
  • Lunch fees are payable when ordering. Please make checks payable to Wee Care and DO NOT INCLUDE WITH TUITION PAYMENTS. There is no charge for lunch when school is not in session if the child is enrolled in daycare. You may pay for lunches in advance. Refer to "Lunch and Milk" section for more information.
  • Payment will be required for lost or damaged books. If your student transfers out books remain the property of WVCA. All books should be returned to the school in good condition or you will be charged.
  • During the year, additional fees may be charged for specific events, i.e. field trips, pictures, etc. Orders for yearbooks begin in October and must be paid for when the order is placed.
  • EXTENDED CARE: For WVCA Students Only. Wee Care Day Care & Preschool provides day care services for those enrolled in WVCA in Grades K-6 (thru 12 years old), but you must be enrolled in the day care in order to attend. Children cannot be in daycare without the completed daycare forms. We do not have a drop-in program.

Late Pickup Fees: $10.00 per 15 min increment

Lunch: No fee if in daycare, but $2.50 if school is in session.


PAYMENTS:

  • When making cash payments, please bring the exact amount. We do not keep large amounts of cash on hand to make change. It is very important that you put your child's first and last name on your check or money order. If the person making the payment has a different last name than the child, it is imperative that the child's name is indicated.

  • Always request a receipt when paying cash.

  • Payments are made in ten-monthly payments. August through May. All tuition payments are due on the 1st and late if not paid by the 10th. A late charge of 5% will be added to the account.


ENROLLMENT TIME-LINE:

 

Open Enrollment (Classes filled on a first-come basis). If the class is full, there will be a waiting list.

 


ADMISSIONS:

  1. Desire a Christian education.

  2. Are willing to uphold the Christian values and policies of the school.

  3. Are ready to support the school's academic and attendance standards.

  4. Are regularly involved in a local church.

  5. Can benefit from the school program.

Parents are expected to:

  1. Support the Christian values and policies of the school.

  2. Be regularly involved in a local church with the family.

  3. Foster regular attendance and good learning attitudes and habits.

  4. Participate in parent/teacher conferences and consultations.

  5. Actively support school fundraising activities. Proceeds used to purchase sports, play equipment or four class field trips.


REGISTRATION PROCEDURES FOR NEW STUDENTS:

  • Submit completed application materials (available in school office) along with:

  1. Transcript of record from the previous school, or schools last report card.

  2. Registration Fee

  • When the above is complete, the student(s) and parents will be invited for a personal interview.

  • Based on the interview, records and recommendations, the school will act upon the application.


CONTINUED STANDING IN THE SCHOOL:

 

For continued enrollment and annual re-enrollment, students must show progress in achievement and be responsible members of the school community. Re-enrollment each year requires up-to-date payment of tuition and other school fees.

LUNCH AND MILK

Students may bring a sack lunch or purchase a hot lunch through the Day Care kitchen for just $2.50, with or without milk. Send a check (which is preferable, made out to Wee Care) or cash to the classroom to purchase lunch/milk tickets.
