Dear Sponsors and Golfers,
WVCA Parents-In-Touch is excited to invite you to our Eighth
Annual Golf Tournament, Dinner and Auction. This event will be
held Saturday, April 12th, 2008 at the Tracy Golf & Country
Club. Check-in will take place at 11:00AM - 12:45PM. The
tournament will be a scramble format with a shotgun start at
1:00PM. Refreshments will be available throughout the day on the
course, as well as lunch from 11:30 - 12:30. This is a school
sponsored event and alcohol will not be served.
Following our day of golf, dinner will be served at the
school. From 6:00PM to 7:00PM there will be a raffle, as well as
a silent auction that will be a lot of fun and will benefit our
school. Dinner will then follow at 7:00PM with a live auction
preceding. Prizes will be awarded for: closest to the pin,
longest drive, hole in one, and lowest gross score. Please see
side panel registration for sponsorship and golf package
information. Sign up by March 14, 2008 and save!
WVCA PTF strives to provide academic and extra curricular
resources for the students at WVCA. Your sponsorship and
participation in our eighth annual event is truly appreciated.
