We would like to welcome those of you who are considering enrollment in the West Valley Christian Academy Kindergarten Program.

Kindergarten enrollment will begin March 12, 2007 for children currently in Wee Care Pre-K, day care classes, siblings of WVCA and staff children. This is an all day program 8:30 a.m. to 2:50 p.m. Children must be 5 on or before 12/02/07 in order to enroll. You may pick up enrollment forms in the school office beginning at 9:00 a.m. on March 12^th. If we have more student’s enrolling for kindergarten than we have spots for (this has not happened in years past) priority will be given first to staff members, second to siblings and third to those who have been in Wee Care the longest. You will have 1 week to enroll. Forms must be turned in no later than March 19^th.

All returning students must re-enroll by completing new forms. ¹ Re-enrollment for 1^st-8^th grade will begin March 19^th. Forms must be returned no later than March 26th

There is a non-refundable enrollment/re-enrollment fee of $150 per child. The enrollment fee for the

fourth child is waived. The entire enrollment fee of $150.00 per child must be turned in with the forms. 2 Do not turn in the forms without the fee paid. They will be returned to you. This fee is only refunded if your child is not accepted into the academy. This fee is to cover accounting computer programs and ² administrative costs.

2 An annual building/maintenance fee per family (not per student) will be due with your first month tuition

in August. This fee will be reflected on your August statement. This is not a monthly fee. This fee will be ² used for building maintenance and repairs that are needed to keep the building and grounds in good ₂ condition.

Important: Your WVCA and Wee Care accounts must be current. Forms will not be handed out ² or accepted from anyone whose account is outstanding.

² Tuition is to be paid August through May. School is in session for 9 months but tuition is paid over 10 ₂ months. The first tuition payment will be due no later than August 10^th . A late fee of 5% will be accessed if paid after the 10^th. ² We look forward to partnering with you in a Christian education for your child/ren. If you have any

The following students are to be commended for the excellent job they did representing WVCA at the ACSI Elementary Spelling Bee on Friday, February 2^nd. Congratulations for putting forth the extra effort necessary in order to achieve placing 1^st – 4^th place. We are very proud of all the students that participated. You are all winners! Parents are always invited to our chapel services every Wednesday. Kindergarten through 8^th Grade has chapel at 8:45-9:15. Awards chapel is on the second Wednesday of the month. You will receive a phone call the week before your child is going to receive their award. Don’t forget to send your child to school in proper chapel attire EVERY Wednesday. March 14^th is the awards chapel. March 28^th will be the 2^nd grade chapel presentation.
